Shipping & handling

RaceDiscs offer FREE UK shipping and very affordable international shipping to most countries (a list of which can be found at the basket).

All UK purchases are sent First Class or First Class Recorded and there is no charge for postage.

International postage is calculated by the total weight of products in an order and is automatically calculated at the checkout stage before payment is taken. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any local VAT/import duty that may or may not be charged by your country’s customs.

Delivery policy

RaceDiscs uses Royal Mail postal services; all orders will be sent either by Royal Mail First Class, Parcel Force or Royal Mail Airmail services.

For UK orders we aim to get your order item(s) to you within 1–3 business days. For international orders please allow up to 7 working days. Please feel free to contact us at any stage to check the progress of your order.

Privacy policy

RaceDiscs respects customer privacy and does not store credit or debit card details.

This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for core functionality, such as shopping basket operation and secure checkout. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.

All online payments are processed securely via PayPal and RomanCart using industry-standard encryption.

Returns policy

In the unlikely event that you should receive an item that proves to be unsuitable, it may be returned to RaceDiscs for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item in accordance with the following conditions of return:

• Item(s) are received in an undamaged and resaleable condition.
• Items are returned postage paid.
• A return postage refund may be made if an incorrect item is dispatched.
• Returns must be accompanied with the receipt of purchase and the sender’s full name and address.
• Please retain proof of posting in case of an undelivered item, for which we cannot accept responsibility.
